Manufacturing with Pride Our highly trained team of machinists utilizes state-of-the-art NC and CNC equipment capable of manufacturing large components to very close tolerances, ideal for aerospace manufacturing. With machining capacity over 50,000 hours per year and room to expand, this facility has exceptional potential for both long and short runs. Our CAD/CAM facilities are able to accept customer data transfer in a variety of media, including CATIA and IGES.

Our CNC programming department can take a set of drawings and set a job up for production with a minimum of lead time. Our experienced and energetic sheet metal department handles AOG spares and repair parts with lightning turnaround, using the powerful array of tools at their disposal: brake, punch, stretch and hydroform presses, heat treat and freezer facilities, straighteners, rolls and hydraulic shears, and hot joggle.
